Payment * Payment is required upon arrival at the venue. * We accept Cash and EFTPOS payments. * No online payment is required when making a booking. Arrival Time * Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. * This allows sufficient time for check-in and payment processing. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy * If you have not arrived or contacted us by 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, your booking may be cancelled and the time slot released to other customers. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid impacting other bookings.
